Rise and shine, bright and early at
06:00am, the excitement begins with The
Highlights Tour. This tour is actually five Costa Rica tours in one! See
the volcanoes, a cloud forest, jungles, the Costa Rican countryside, a Costa
Rica waterfall called the La Paz Waterfall, and finally Costa Rica
butterflies at a butterfly, hummingbird farm. Partake in a Costa Rica jungle
river safari over the Sarapiqui River and much more. Breakfast and lunch are
included. Tour duration is ten hours.
A shuttle bus will pick you up at around
08:00am.
and transport you through

national park in the country. The town of Quepos, with all it's amenities,
is also just 5 kilometers away.
After you are settled into your new quarters, you have a free afternoon to
relax, go to the beach, or go exploring.
Free day
for you to perhaps visit the renowned Manuel Antonio National Park. Only a
short walk away, this park is just south of Quepos on the Pacific Coast.
There are a number of dolphins and, at times, migrating whales. Manuel
Antonio contains a charming combination of rain forest, beaches and coral
reefs. These beaches are the most beautiful in the country, lined with lush
forest, and the snorkeling is excellent too. The forest is home for sloth,
iguanas, the rare and adorable squirrel monkeys and millions of colorful
little crabs. And the trail that winds around Punta Catedral affords some
spectacular views.

in the morning. Leave at
07:00am. Travel in an open, all-terrain, Tonka bus through
jungles and plantations.
Later in the day, enjoy more relaxing free time or activities of your
choice.

sports! Take the shuttle bus back to San José at
13:30pm. to spend your
last night at
THE BALMORAL HOTEL. After you are settled into
your new quarters, you have a free afternoon to relax, go to shopping or
exploring San José.
